Some GUI and readme changes. (v0.4Beta1) 

Transolution - An Open Source Translation Suite

Transolution consist of:
 * XLIFF Editor
 * TM Engine
 * XLIFF filters

Requirements:
 * Python >2.3
 * Pygtk 2.4 (with py-glade)
 * 4suite XML >1.0a4. Optional but recommended for better performance:


Installation:
Add the transolution directory to your Python path or you have to be in the directory containing the transolution directory.


To start editor run: 
 xliffeditor.py

To start a TM Server run:
 tm.py

Xliff filters: 
 sgml2xliff.py
 xliff2sgml.py
